History
The following is a brief history of the Flying Horse master-planned community:

The City of Colorado Springs approves the Developer's request to create the Flying Horse Metropolitan District No 2 |

Colorado Springs approves the Flying Horse subdivision development plan - a XXX-home neighborhood.

| June 20XX |
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for XXXX (i.e. CC&Rs) is filed and the lots in the neighborhood are annexed into and become subject to the CC&Rs.

| July 20XX |
The Flying Horse Homeowners Association, Inc. is incorporated and assumes responsibility for enforcing the CC&Rs and providing architectural review services to the neighborhood. All homeowners become shareholders in/owners of the Association.

| 2005 |
The District issues bonds totaling approximately $XXX million to subsidize the Developer's costs to develop its private land prior to the start of homebuilding activities.
|
| May 20XX |
The first single family home is sold by the builder (XXXX).
